Each character's mission
Food transporter from kitchen to elevator: This is the person who "opens the way" for the entire supply chain. They have to quickly take dishes from the kitchen to transfer them to the elevator; any delay here affects the speed of customer service.
Elevator operator: This is the center connecting the floors in the restaurant. If not controlled at the right time, food can be left in the elevator, causing annoying delays.
Customer service person: The most important character in the eyes of customers. Their mission is to take food from the elevator and bring it to the table quickly and accurately. Customer satisfaction is completely in their hands.
